Eligibility for Current Students and Graduates
Students can apply in their third or fourth year of undergraduate study, or after graduation.
- Third-year applicants begin their DBMD program in their fourth year by completing remaining undergraduate requirements and starting master’s-level coursework at Temple.
- Fourth-year applicants and alumni begin directly with graduate-level courses.
- The duration of the DBMD program depends on the degree you choose to pursue, but most students spend two years studying in Philadelphia.
Creating Your Personalized Study Plan
If you have remaining undergraduate requirements, you will work with your home university and Temple academic advisors and faculty to create a DBMD Study Plan that aligns graduate coursework with your undergraduate degree. This study plan will keep you on track to complete your bachelor’s degree requirements by the beginning of your second year.
