Letters of recommendation should be obtained from college/university faculty members familiar with your academic performance and/or an immediate work supervisor. The number of required letters varies by program, with most departments needing either two or three recommendations for a complete application.

Each master's option has a specific question prompt applicants must answer. Responses must usually be between 500 and 1,000 words and ask applicants to provide additional background about their experience and how a master's degree from Temple will help them to achieve their future career goals.

TOEFL iBT ®, IELTS Academic, Duolingo, and PTE Academic language proficiency scores are accepted.

Temple waives GRE and GMAT tests for most DBMD applicants. Only applicants seeking admission to the Fox School of Business are required to take the GMAT or GRE test, however, merit-based waivers may be considered. Official transcripts from every university attended are required. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is ordinarily required for admissions consideration. However, requirements for some programs may vary.

You must submit your I-20 application electronically. Official supporting financial documents dated no more than 6 months prior to the date of application must accompany your I-20 application.
